Blades has a 24 hour cancellation policy to ensure scheduling continuity. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours for non-emergency reasons, you may be charged, depending on the circumstances, a $30 cancellation fee. If you reschedule, you may also be required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the requested services.
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a non refundable 30% no show fee of the scheduled services. Furthermore, you will be required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the requested services to reschedule.
Understand our Salon Professionals depend on you for their livelihood. Not showing up to an appointment is money and time your salon professional loses. Please be respectful of their time.
